O projeto PANDORA surge com a proposta de inserir o Design em um lugar totalmente misterioso, eclético e encantador, o mundo das Drag Queens.
A idéia surgiu durante uma aula de Design de Calçados na universidade FUMEC, onde percebi a carência de designers nesse mercado. Como eu estou no último ano do curso de Design de Produtos, resolvi direcionar meu TCC(trabalho de conclusão de curso) para esse público visando a carência e a necessidade que esse mercado sustenta nos dias atuais.
O nome Pandora evolve o mistério e a feminilidade que muitas das Drag Queens buscam com seu exagero retratar uma figura por elas idolatrada, a mulher. Outro ponto da origem do nome envolve indiretamente a caixa de "Pandora" na qual contem vários segredos e também o termo "sair do armário", usado quando uma pessoa assume publicamente sua sexualidade.
A partir desse conceito desenvolverei uma coleção de sapatos que possa representar claramente o universo Drag Queen. Não serão apenas sapatos, e sim um fragmento de uma cultura diversificada e contagiante que animam as noites com shows e o dia a dia atuando em vários meios de comunicação. Definição melhor para as Drag Queens? ATORES!

The idea arose during a class in Shoe Design FUMEC University, where he noticed the dearth of designers that market. As I am in my final year of Product Design, I decided to direct my TCC (work completion of course) for those seeking the public scarcity and the need that this market holds in today.
The name Pandora evolve mystery and femininity that many of the Drag Queens seek to portray their exaggeration a figure they idolized the woman. Another point of origin of the name involves indirectly the "Pandora's Box" in which contains many secrets and also the term "exit closet", used when a person publicly takes his sexuality.
From this concept will develop a collection of shoes that can clearly represent the universe Drag Queen. It will not just shoes, but a fragment a diverse culture and contagious that animate the nights with shows and day to day working in various media communication. Better definition for the Drag Queens? ACTORS!
